Carrot Dip

400g carrots

1/4 cup sesame

1 spring onion

honey

1/2 lemon

parsley

oil, salt, pepper

Slice the carrots and cook for 10 minutes until tender.

Slice spring onions.

Put sesame in a pan and roast until golden - than caramelize with honey

Rinse carrots and blend with lemon, salt and oil.

Add chopped parsley, sesame and spring onions

 

Rocket Pesto

2 cups rocket

1/4 cup sunflower seed

1/2 lemon

1/2 cup Parmigiano

1/4 cup oil

Just blend everything.
