Two friends, who shared the passion for food, had the idea of creating a supper club during the last semester of their bachelor's. They organised it once a week and cooked a vegetarian four-course menu for about ten people.
The concept was simple:
local & seasonal ingredients from the farmers market
& the creation of a social, cosy dinner party.
Since the two friends went to live in different cities after their degree, the supper club is only happening once a month, but its recipes are being shared on this blog.
