A simple, quick dish that tastes good with all the veggies you can find in your fridge.
couscous
peas
carrots
peppers
radicchio
pea sprouts
lemon
olive oil
Boil water for the couscous. Cut/grate the peppers, carrots and the radicchio and fry for some minutes with olive oil and salt. Cook the couscous, put everything in a big bowl and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil.
